SOME Merewether Public School parents are in the leisure industry, such as holidays and cafe/restaurants.

Gionottis, a cafe on Beaumont St, Hamilton, is owned by the Fables.

They have been in the industry for three years.

They offer excellent coffee and delicious meals with an Italian influence. The restaurant has a great relaxing atmosphere.

The Agnews own the great Civic Brasserie. They have been in their present business for two years but in the industry for 20.

They offer good food and excellent service, a dining experience to remember.

The Chuis own Papillon Chinese restaurant and takeaway in Darby St, Cooks Hill.

They offer excellent food and can even deliver it to your door.

The peaceful Barrington Guest House is owned by the Lewises.

It is a business that has been owned by the family for 24 years.

They offer good value, eco- correct holidays with magnificent surroundings.

People leave relaxed and inspired by the environment around them.

They each have very special advice to young people who wish to have a go in their industry.

`You have to think carefully about your future, have a positive attitude and, most of all, finish your HSC.'
